EASYRECRUE opened its doors in 2013, firmly establishing the concept of pre-recorded video interviews in France. As Europe's leading provider, we offer a suite of cutting-edge digital solutions to assist recruitment professionals with the applicant pre-screening and short-listing process. Based on our firm conviction that video technology and recruitment go hand in hand, we aim to take pressure off human recruiters by putting technology at the heart of the recruitment process. We give applicants a chance to shine while providing you with the means to delve deeper into their career experience and understand what makes them tick. Our qualitative approach to applicant pre-screening is also based on a principle of boosting performance while reducing the costs and time spent on recruitment.

Founder & CEO
Mickaël orchestrates growth at EASYRECRUE, the business he founded in 2013, based on the conviction that digital technology has the power to bring added value to the recruitment process. He introduced the concept of the pre-recorded video interview to Europe. He is familiar with the issues of rapid growth, having achieved his first success as an entrepreneur by creating GEOLID, a company specialising in local advertising on the internet, with two partners.
Partner & CTO
Jérémy runs the company’s technical projects and developments. He has occupied several roles at publishers such as HiMedia and Figaro Classifieds, along with start-ups such as BlueKiwi (now Atos), where he built up his experience in the design, architecture and development of business applications. Why EASYRECRUE? An ambitious SaaS project on an international scale!
His passion is being in the mountains, where he hikes and practises dog sledding
Donatien oils the company’s wheels so that EASYRECRUE can grow quickly and sustainably. He was trained in auditing and transactions at EY, before moving to become the finance manager for an SME. He then got interested in start-ups, supporting several of them through their operational and financial reorganization.
In his spare time, he plays poker and is a snowboarding enthusiast
Amandine tracks down and looks after the company’s employees. She joined EASYRECRUE in 2016 to speed up the recruitment of talented staff in France and our international offices. With over 10 years’ experience recruiting staff in the digital sector, Amandine supports operational managers and the management team in the digital transformation of HR.
Her distinguishing feature: the queen of free hugs and messing around in open space
Julien manages EASYRECRUE’s international strategy and supports the business development and inside sales teams in Europe. Before joining us in early 2017, he was the sales director at Companeo (digital marketing). He began his career at KPMG as a financial auditor, before moving into roles as a sales manager at Bouygues Telecom, and then commercial director at the publisher INES.
His passion is collecting contemporary art
Key Account Director EMEA
Nicolas runs the EMEA sales team to develop strategic accounts. What drives him? Inspiring and supporting the members of his team in achieving increasingly ambitious objectives. Nicolas brings over 15 years’ experience in sales management and supervising commercial teams at two huge firms, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
He has a passion for nature and board sports
Customer Success Manager
Carole keeps track of the customer and applicant experience. She leads the CSM team of employees and coordinates support for applicants. A former market manager for major retail chains and a globetrotter who has worked in Gabon and studied in Madrid and Washington, she has been providing practical support for EASYRECRUE’s development since it was formed.
Her defining characteristic: energy, energy and more energy
Country Manager - SPAIN
Pablo is responsible for deploying EASYRECRUE in Spain. He was the first person to export the business outside France, having taken part in a pre-recorded video interview, “an amazing and truly useful tool”. He runs the Spanish team and drives the development of the market. His past experiences include working in marketing for a German brewery, music festivals and the European Parliament.
His passion is travel – he grew up touring the world with his family!
Country Manager - ITALY
Stefano took hold of the reins in the Italian office with one objective: make EASYRECRUE the leading local player for pre-screening and retaining talented staff. The business can count not only on Stefano’s experience of developing new markets and creating commercial opportunities, which he has put to good use at LinkedIn and Oracle, but also his determination and knowledge of the HR sector.
His distinguishing characteristic: Stefano is an iron-man and sports addict
Marketing & Communication Manager
Priscilla designs and coordinates all marketing and communications campaigns. Having honed her skills as a communications officer for large law firms, she swapped law for recruitment and joined the young EASYRECRUE in 2014, where she would lay the foundations of its marketing strategy. Priscilla now contributes to the European influence of a small start-up that’s now a big player.
Her distinguishing feature: she’s a brilliant cook!
VP Product & Growth
François is a Growth Hacker at EASYRECRUE. His ambition is to imagine, design and develop new products that simplify and reduce recruitment costs. Because he knows the product inside-out! He previously had international responsibility for a range of video games at Gameloft and later, for new mobile services at PagesJaunes. A true intrapreneur, he co-founded the collaborative platform Hamak.fr, which he developed for four years at PagesJaunes.
Juliette builds relationships with the major players in the HR market to establish EASYRECRUE as one of the leading players in the sector. Her ambition, when she joined the business in 2017, was to contribute to the international development of a start-up offering an innovative HR solution. A sector she knows well, having worked in it for several years before taking up a sales role at an HR publisher.
Patrick Amiel is the co-founder of Mybestpro, a Vivendi subsidiary specialising in connecting users with experts by phone. He is passionate about digital technology and a fervent supporter of French entrepreneurship.
Marion Aubry is Investment Director of the Ambition Numérique fund, managed by Bpifrance. She has been working in venture capital for over 15 years and has supported numerous SaaS software developers such as Emailvision or Talentsoft. Bpifrance took a stake in EASYRECRUE’s capital in March 2015.
Bertrand Folliet is one of the founders of the management company Entrepreneur Venture, which supports French SMEs with innovation and development capital. Entrepreneurship is an open book for a man with a PhD in management sciences and the founder of several companies in the NICTs sector. Entrepreneur Venture took a stake in EASYRECRUE in June 2017.
Marouane Bahri has been Investment Director at Entrepreneur Venture since 2012. An engineer by training, he is responsible for shareholdings and gained solid experience at Natixis, in the structured products management team.
Pauline Roux is Investment Manager at Elaia Partners, an investment fund focusing on the digital economy. She specialises in M&A transactions, raising capital/IPOs and capital restructuring in the internet and TMT sectors. Elaia Partners took a stake in EASYRECRUE’s capital in March 2015.
