Based on our firm conviction that video technology and recruitment go hand in hand, we aim to take pressure off human recruiters by putting technology at the heart of the recruitment process. Our qualitative approach to applicant pre-screening is also based on a principle of boosting performance while reducing the costs and time spent on recruitment.

Founder & CEO
Mickaël founded EASYRECRUE in 2013 and developed the video interview concept in France and Europe. He is both familiar with the problems of rapid growth and convinced of the added value of digital technology in recruitment processes. Previously, he and two partners founded GEOLID, a company specialising in local advertising on the internet, and now a leader in its market.
Partner & CTO
Jérémy is responsible for the company’s technical projects and developments. He has worked with several developers such as HiMedia and Figaro Classifieds, as well as start-ups such as BlueKiwi (now Atos).
VP Sales France
Jean-Sébastien manages the sales team in France. With 10 years’ experience in selling SaaS solutions, his primary concern is customer satisfaction.

Carole runs a team of Account Managers. Together, they are responsible for supporting clients in their day-to-day use of EASYRECRUE solutions to help ensure their experience is as satisfying as possible.
Administrative and Financial Manager
Xavier is in charge of all our administrative, financial and accounting matters to help EASYRECRUE to grow quickly and sustainably.
Marketing & Communication Manager
Priscilla defines and coordinates all our marketing and communications activities in Europe.
Patrick Amiel is the co-founder of Mybestpro, a Vivendi subsidiary specialising in connecting users with experts by phone. He is passionate about digital technology and a fervent supporter of French entrepreneurship.
Marion Aubry is Investment Director of the Ambition Numérique fund, managed by Bpifrance. She has been working in venture capital for over 15 years and has supported numerous SaaS software developers such as Emailvision or Talentsoft. Bpifrance took a stake in EASYRECRUE’s capital in March 2015.
Bernard Helain is now a partner and investor in various start-ups with a firm interest in digital solutions for the HR sector. He has run the pharmaceutical laboratories Bristol-Myers Squibb France, Laboratoires Fournier and Mundipharma.
Guy Porré is Managing Director of Grant & Partners and has been working in managerial roles in technology companies on an international scale for over 30 years. He is also an investor and strategy advisor for service, technology and communications companies.
Pauline Roux is Investment Manager at Elaia Partners, an investment fund focusing on the digital economy. She specialises in M&A transactions, raising capital/IPOs and capital restructuring in the internet and TMT sectors. Elaia Partners took a stake in EASYRECRUE’s capital in March 2015.
