Passionate about digital strategy, especially when technology brings value to business, Yohann Bijaczyk has been contributing to innovative business technology for more than fifteen years. As CTO of Mediameeting, he has created SaaS software for several major international brands. After working in the Technical Department of Payfit, he now joins EASYRECRUE as CTO.


Prior to overseeing technical development at Mediameeting and Payfit, Yohann Bijaczyk also spent several years in New York where he co-founded a startup, AdsOutLoud, to facilitate the launch of native advertising campaigns. He thus comes with a solid background and a 360° vision of the business and technical challenges facing an innovative company like EASYRECRUE.


Yohann Bijaczyk has already set to work on several strategic projects for the company: "The challenges that await me are exciting: aligning the tech strategy with that of the company, defining the vision for the next three years, coordinating the teams to create the structures and processes allowing to scale the tech department...
